Lufthansa and Air China plan to strengthen their partnership

Lufthansa and Air China plan to improve their partnership and both air passage have declared actions. Lufthansa (Frankfurt) has released this statement: Carsten Spohr, CEO of Deutsche Lufthansa AG, Chairman of the Executive Board and Song  Zhiyong, President and Executive Director of Air China Limited (Beijing), completed a memorandum of knowing (MOU) to improve the professional partnership as part of a partnership, during the Chancellor’s visit to China.



Both companies also completed a memorandum of knowing to flourish collaboration in the place of servicing, repair and renovation solutions.

As members of the Celebrity Cooperation, Lufthansa and Air China have been connected for a period of your energy and effort. The memorandum of knowing should create the development of a professional partnership between the reputed German air travel carrier and Air China.



This partnership will add to the current combined projects with United Airlines and with Air North america between European countries and North America (since 1998) and with ANA (since 2012) on tracks between European countries and Asia.

The contract with Air China will allow the Lufthansa Team to provide its air passage with even better access to the world’s second greatest aviation market after the USA.



The new partnership contract should come into force as early as the start of the winter journey routine in late Oct 2014.

Since 2007, Air China has been a member of the Star Alliance, the world’s greatest air travel alliance, and with almost 49 million travelers, providing cheap Air tickets as  calculated by global traffic, is China’s greatest air travel.
